8 Edgewood Locker Hot Dogs
8 Edgewood Locker Hot Dog Buns
1½ cups shredded cheese
16 cheese slices (cut into half)
1. Heat skillet over medium heat.
2. Using a rolling pin, roll each bun flat. Butter outside of each bun and lay in skillet, butter side down. Sprinkle shredded cheese on buns evenly or place 2 half slices of cheese diagonally on each bun.
3. Slice each hot dog lengthwise so that it is still connected, but will lay flat on the skillet. Place flat side down on the skillet until slightly browned. Flip until the other side is browned.
4. Once hot dogs and buns are both browned, place hot dog in bun and shut the bun. Serve with ketchup and mustard and enjoy!
