MEAT CUTTER/TRIMMER

The Edgewood Locker is looking for a full-time Meat Cutter/Trimmer. This position is responsible for processing beef, pork, lamb, deer, and other carcasses into ready-to-use meat products. The meat cutting/trimming team is skilled in making the highest quality cuts for our customers to enjoy. Experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a willingness to learn.

WRAPPER - 1ST SHIFT
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 1st Shift Hours
Come join our family-owned business! We are looking to fill a full-time Wrapper position in the Packaging Department. The Wrapping position is committed to packaging and labeling your product to high standards for freezer shelf life, efficiently and while keeping food safety a top priority. No experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a willingness to learn!

ANIMAL HARVEST (SLAUGHTER)
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 1st Shift Hours
We are looking to fill a full-time position in the Animal Harvesting department. The Animal Harvesting department takes care of the first steps of meat processing at the Edgewood Locker. This position is responsible for humanely unloading and euthanizing the animals that are brought in. Other duties may include washing carcasses and cutting, slicing, and trimming meat. Experience is helpful, and we are willing to train the right person.
