FRESH BRATS
Brown casing and continue to cook on medium heat until product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Get those casings nice and brown, no one likes a chewy brat!
SMOKED HAM STEAKS & SMOKED PORK LOIN CHOPS
Both smoked ham steaks & smoked pork loin chops can be prepared on the grill/stovetop or in the oven!
Grill/Stovetop: warm on medium heat.
Oven: preheat oven to 275 degrees, add water for moisture, cover with a lid or foil.
With either method you'll heat until product reaches an approximate internal temperature of 125 degrees.
Do not overheat!
PRIME RIB ROAST
For a 10-12lb prime rib cook for 4.5-5 hours at 200-250 degrees until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees-Rare or 140 degrees-Medium.
Be sure to season well at least 45 minutes prior to cooking or ideally a day in advance.
This cut of meat is meant to be eaten on the rare side.
HEAT & SERVE
We have an extensive line up of items that only require being heated and served - convenience that doesn't sacrifice quality!
All heat and serve items can be warmed using the following methods:
Stovetop: Place thawed meat in frying pan and warm over medium heat. Stir often, every 2-3 minutes.
Oven: Place thawed meat in baking dish and heat at 325 degrees stirring every 10-15 minutes. (For ham, BBQ, and turkey & dressing: add some clear soda to the edges of the dish if it begins to burn.)
Microwave: Place thawed/frozen meat in microwave-safe container. Stir every couple minutes.
Meat is ready when heated through to an approximate internal temperature of 140 degrees is reached.
BREADED PORK LOINS
Heat oil in frying pan or deep fat fryer, if that's your preference, to 350 degrees. Place loin in hot oil and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Be sure to flip half way through!
FULLY COOKED BRATS, SMOKED BRATS, & HOT DOGS
Grill or pan fry on medium heat until casing has browned and product has heated through. Browning makes the casing crisp and not rubbery. Remember these guys are already cooked, so be careful not to over cook. We have over 30 brat flavors & 5 kinds of hot dogs! View here!
SUMMER SAUSAGE, SNACK STICKS, & RING BOLOGNA
Good news! All flavors of summer sausage, snack sticks, and ring bologna are fully cooked and can be eaten straight from the package.
These products do need to be kept refrigerated!

SMOKED LINKS & PRECOOKED SAUSAGE PATTIES
Smoked links: Grill or pan fry on medium heat until casing has browned and product has heated through. Browning will make the casing nice and crisp!
Precooked sausage patties: Grill or pan fry on medium heat until product has heated through. Careful not to overheat! These are a fully cooked product.
SMOKED MAPLE LINKS, BREAKFAST LINKS, & WESTERN LINKS
Pan fry on low-medium heat until product has heated through. Add a small amount of water to the pan if necessary to avoid sticking.
Smoked maple link tip!
Add a small amount of brown sugar to your smoked maple links at the end of heating to make a sweet glaze!
FRESH MAPLE LINKS, FRESH LINKS, FRESH ROPE, & ITALIAN LINKS
Start by thawing your fresh maple links, fresh rope or Italian links (fresh links you'll begin cooking from a frozen state and separate as they begin to thaw). Brown casing and continue to cook on medium heat until product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Be sure to get the casing nice and browned!
BACON
Stovetop: Pan fry on medium heat. Flip bacon strips when they lift easily off pan. Meat is ready when brown and crisp.
Oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place strips on backing sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip strips halfway through. Meat is ready when brown and crisp.

AWARD WINNING SMOKED HAMS & TURKEYS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove packaging and place in baking dish or roasting pan. If cooking a half ham, place flat side down). Cover pan with foil or lid adding water to pan for moisture. Place in preheated oven for 8-10mins per pound or until product reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees. Baste as needed during cook time. It is extremely important not to overheat this product.
Since the hams and turkeys are fully cooked, you can slice them right out of the package for cold meat sandwiches without heating!
MARINATED TENDERIZED PORK LOINS
These juicy pork loins are marinated in a very mild marinade that adds just enough flavor.
You can throw this product on the grill or pan fry on medium heat until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached.
BEEF & PORK PATTIES
Separate patties, remove paper, and grill or pan fry from frozen state on medium heat. Patties are fully cooked when an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. View all beef & pork patties here!
MEATLOAF
Our meatloaf is sold in 1lb tubes and is premixed with all the yummy ingredients that come to mind when you think of homemade meatloaf. You just don't have the work to go with it!
Place thawed meatloaf in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes per pound. Meat is cooked and ready to eat when internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
