- In 2023 we installed a new blast freezer to rapidly freeze your fresh cuts and ground beef after packaging. This rapid freezing ensures we lock in the highest levels of quality, flavor, and color. We are unaware of any other custom processors in our region that are able to offer blast freezing.
- State-of-the art facility to ensure the highest levels of quality and food safety
- All fresh cuts including ground beef is sent out in cardboard trays. Processed items are sent out in boxes or paper bags depending on size. Leave your coolers and laundry baskets at home!
- Online order feature – allows you to submit your cutting instructions 24/7/365
- Weekend hours. We know you have a busy schedule, which is why we’re open year-round on Saturdays and seasonally on Sundays. See hours here, as our hours do change through the seasons.
