Patties
Offered in a 6 pound box. There are 24 count per box with wax paper in between each patty.
Ground Pork Patties – Pork ground with no seasoning into a 1/4 pound patty. Top with your own seasoning or sauce or eat plain!
Seasoned Sausage Patties – We took our Seasoned Sausage and formed a patty. Throw the 1/4 pound patty in the pan and fry for an easy meal option.
Brat Patties – Do you love the brat taste but hate the casing? We offer our wonderful original brat in a patty form. The 1/4 pound patty is ready for your grill!

Smoked Breakfast Links – Our Smoked Breakfast Link is a savory upgrade to the classic option that will leave your crowd wanting more! Pork sausage is blended with a mild sage seasoning and smoked in-house to create a delicious finger sized breakfast sausage for everyone to enjoy! These are casing free.
Smoked Western Links – A true spin on Southern Style with lots of sage, red pepper and black pepper spice to kick it up a notch. Our Smoked Western Link is smoked to perfection and ready for your next breakfast! Another great casing free, finger sized link option.

Old Fashioned Franks with Cheese – We took the Old Fashioned Franks you love and stepped it up by adding cheddar cheese, making the original Old Fashioned Frank even more juicy and flavorful. Grill these up just enough to warm and brown the casing.
Skinless Hot Dogs – Our Skinless Hot Dogs are made with a pork and beef blend, mixed with a delicate frank seasoning and smoked in-house to give the perfect harmony of savory, smokey and a tender, uniform bite that makes this a kid approved product, guaranteed to leave them smiling. Grill or pan fry on medium heat until exterior has browned and product has heated through. Remember these guys are already cooked, so be careful not to overcook.

BBQ Pork – Slowly cooked, shredded/sliced, and smothered in Countryside BBQ Sauce, makes for the perfect quick, yet tasty sandwich. Heating Instructions: Stovetop: Place thawed meat in frying pan and warm over medium heat. Stir often, every 2-3 minutes. Oven: Place thawed meat in baking dish and heat at 325 degrees stirring every 10-15 minutes. Add some clear soda to the edges of the dish if it begins to burn. Microwave: Place thawed/frozen meat in microwave-safe container. Stir every couple of minutes.

Marinated Tenderized Chop – Before slicing, we tumble the boneless chunk in a pork broth then slice and tenderize, leaving you with a 1/3-1/4 pound tenderized chop that will allow a juicy bite every time!
Marinated Boneless Pork Chop – This is for our picky chop eaters who hate a dry chop. Tumbled in a pork broth and sliced at your requested thickness will allow a juicy bite every time!
Picnic & Butt
Raw Pork Roast – A great option for all your crockpot recipes. Or a solid option for a smoker. Leave whole or request a smaller chunk. The roast from the picnic is leaner than the butt making the butt the ideal chunk to smoke and the picnic the ideal crockpot roast.
Raw Pork Steak – A 1/2" slice of steak from the shoulder that is great for the grill or crockpot. Ideally taken from the butt that is more marbled.
Pork Cutlets – We take a thin boneless slice from the shoulder and mechanically tenderize leaving you with a 1/3-1/4 pound piece perfect to bread up and fry or throw on the grill. The picnic is the ideal place to pull these.
