Job Description:
The Edgewood Locker is seeking a Customer Relations, Sales, and Marketing Professional to join our team. This Full-Time position (part-time considered) focuses on customer relationships and sales growth across wholesale, retail, and custom processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale, retail, and custom processing customers.
- Drives sales through customer outreach, marketing, and strong product knowledge.
- Manage social media and advertising efforts.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams on products.
- Support quality, food safety, and excellent customer service standards.
QualIfications:
- 2 or 4 year college degree in marketing, sales, business, animal science, meat science, agriculture, or related field.
- 6 months experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, or related field.
- Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must have a valid driver license.
FOOD SAFETY COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT (USDA FACILITY)

Job Description:
The Edgewood Locker is seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Food Safety Compliance Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with experience in USDA-inspected facilities who is passionate about food safety and documentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and complete food safety and HACCP records in compliance with USDA regulations.
- Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or non-conformances in records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
- Review and maintenance of USDA label approvals.
- Regular training & retraining of the team on food safety requirements.
- Support internal audits and inspections as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of QA/HACCP experience or equivalent undergraduate degree.
- Prior experience working in an inspected facility or field is desired but willing to train the right person.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy and self-driven with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Good handwriting and proficient computer skills.
- Sanitation-minded with a proactive approach to cleanliness and compliance.
Position Details:
- Part-time: 20+ hours per week.
